This Chicagoland non-profit agency needed our marketing direction, design, and development skills in order to effectively communicate their messaging and specialized programs to their local community.

For the last 40 years, Community Service Council (CSC) has been serving those who experience challenges in life - through clinical counseling, court-approved programs & education, financial counseling and housing counseling. CSC is one of the best kept secrets in Will County and is the only local agency to offer such a wide array of counseling services on a reduced-fee basis. They work closely with other social service agencies and mental health care providers in surrounding counties to provide maximum patient care through cross referrals.

Our designers incorporated bright colors and uplifting messages throughout the pages in an attempt to counteract the depressed and overwhelming feelings that many of their clients are experiencing. This site also features an educational layout with an an easy-to-use navigation menu specifically designed with the consumer in mind. Our copywriting team exceeded client expectations with its content development skills, allowing the agency to communicate deeper details about their programs to an online audience. Our client was thrilled that we could upload client forms to the website, making things more user-friendly and convenient for the patient - as well as more efficient for the counseling staff.
